Redfish Development ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Onur Kuru, built AI Women's Health Companion ("the App") as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Health Data
AI Women's Health Companion collects and processes health-related data that you voluntarily provide, including menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, moods, and related health information. With your explicit permission, we may also read and write health data through Apple HealthKit.
HealthKit Data: Data obtained from HealthKit is used solely within the App to provide personalized health insights. We do not sell HealthKit data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. HealthKit data is not stored on our servers and remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
Account & Authentication Data
We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts. You may sign in using:
- Apple Sign-In: We receive your Apple user ID and, if you choose to share it, your email address and name.
- Google Sign-In: We receive your Google user ID, email address, and profile name.
- Anonymous Authentication: A unique anonymous identifier is created. No personal data is collected.
Purchase History
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes your purchase history to manage your subscription status. This data is linked to your user identity to restore purchases and manage entitlements.
2. How We Use Your Information
All data we collect is used exclusively for App Functionality, including:
- Providing menstrual cycle tracking and predictions
- Delivering personalized health insights powered by AI
- Managing your account and subscription status
- Syncing your data across your devices
- Improving app performance and user experience
3. Data Linked to Your Identity
The following data may be linked to your identity:
- Health data (cycle information, symptoms)
- User ID (authentication identifiers)
- Purchase history (subscription status)
We do not use any data for tracking purposes. We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or share your data with data brokers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Services with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
- Data is encrypted at rest in Firebase
- HealthKit data remains on-device and in your iCloud
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
5. Third-Party Services
AI Women's Health Companion uses the following third-party services:

6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Delete your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings
- Export your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy
AI Women's Health Companion is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
