Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Women's Health Companion mobile application ("the App") developed by Redfish Development, operated by Onur Kuru ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Women's Health Companion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Women's Health Companion is an AI-powered women's health companion application that provides:

• Menstrual cycle tracking and predictions
• Health insights and personalized recommendations
• Integration with Apple HealthKit
• AI-powered health analysis

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or anonymous authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

AI Women's Health Companion offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store and processed by RevenueCat.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious code
• Create multiple accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AI Women's Health Companion, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Redfish Development and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. HealthKit Integration

If you choose to connect AI Women's Health Companion with Apple HealthKit:

• You grant AI Women's Health Companion permission to read and write specific health data categories as requested
• You can revoke HealthKit access at any time through iOS Settings
• HealthKit data will not be used for advertising or sold to third parties
• HealthKit data will not be shared with third-party services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redfish Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications, or any damages arising from your reliance on information provided by the App.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Cycle predictions or health insights will be accurate
• Any results obtained from the use of the App will be reliable
• The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
