Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Find AI Women's Health Companion in the list and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the App by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers within 30 days. You can also request account deletion by emailing us.
Is my health data safe?
Yes. We take your privacy extremely seriously. Your HealthKit data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers or shared with third parties. All data transmitted to our servers is encrypted. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How accurate are cycle predictions?
AI Women's Health Companion uses AI algorithms to predict your cycle based on the data you log. Predictions improve over time as you log more data. However, AI Women's Health Companion is not a medical device and predictions should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you reinstalled the App or switched devices, go to Settings in the App and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I connect Apple Health?
When you first set up AI Women's Health Companion, you'll be prompted to connect Apple Health. If you skipped this step, go to Settings in the App and tap "Connect Apple Health." You can manage which data categories AI Women's Health Companion can read or write through your iPhone's Settings > Health > Data Access.
